EDGE offers live help from our Technical Support Representatives. Here is how it works:
Fill in the required boxes with your name and company name, select the Technical Support Representative you want to connect with from the drop down and click on the “Continue” button.
Your Technical Support Representative will have access to your computer as if they were sitting right next to you.
You will be able to chat and our Technical Support Representative will be able to navigate on your computer and screen to help resolve the issue.
If the Technical Support Representative you selected is not available, please call us so that we talk with you as soon as possible.
